What happens if the project is delayed beyond 45 days?
We pay you ₹1,000 per day of delay as compensation. This is written into every contract — not a verbal promise.
Can I make changes after the design is approved?
Minor changes (material swaps, colour adjustments) can usually be accommodated within the first week of fabrication. Structural changes that affect layout may incur a revision fee, which we'll always communicate upfront.
Do you work outside Delhi/NCR and Jaipur?
Yes — we currently serve Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Lucknow. We're expanding to more cities. Book a consultation and we'll confirm if we can serve your area.
What is covered under the 5-year warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in all modular furniture (wardrobes, kitchens, storage units) — including hardware, shutters, and mechanisms. It does not cover damage from misuse or natural wear.
